Project Overview
For my typography course, I designed packaging for a fictional tea brand, Taste Tea, focusing on its flagship Chinese Pu’er tea. The project explores a strict grid system and precise alignment to establish hierarchy, rhythm, and focal points, proving that emphasis and eye flow can be guided purely by typographic placement rather than color. The minimalist layout presents the brand name, tea variety, origin, and tasting notes in a clean, balanced composition, demonstrating how thoughtful spatial arrangement alone can achieve clarity and visual impact.
